Wings Over Wairarapa is back in 2023 and we can’t wait to welcome over 30,000 people to the Air Festival. Don’t miss the amazing opportunity to exhibit your organization and showcase your products and services over the three fantastic days.
In 2021, we had a huge variety of exhibitors from hats and clothing, aviation related products, health and wellbeing, model aircraft and memorabilia, flight training information and much more. Local food and beverage stalls featuring the best from the region and endless great coffee. Plus of course, family fun entertainment.
Key exhibitor details:
For Air Festival trade exhibitors the gates open at 7:00am, all exhibitors must be onsite before 8:00am.
Once your application has been accepted, an invoice will be emailed to you with 50% deposit due to confirm your site. Payment in full is required no later than November 20 2023.
Trade site locations will be allocated by event management. Festival Hire Masterton are the official supplier of all marquees and hire equipment to the festival. If you require Wings over Wairarapa to arrange a marquee and/or equipment from Festival Hire for you, please indicate on your application form.
Trade exhibitors are supplied with 2x Three Day Trade passes and One Vehicle pass to the Trade Exhibitor carpark.
Please note:
You must be set up and ready to go from Thursday, 23 November at 5:00pm. Unless otherwise agreed you must remain open from 8.00am to 5.00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday;
Your site is conditional upon contract signing and payment of invoice. Please get in touch if you would like to set up a direct debit for payment.
Key event details:
The main show days are Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November, gates open to the public at 8am on both days with the show programme running from 10.30am-4.30pm.
Friday 24 November 2023 is the official practice day and Schools Day with approx. 5,000 school students, parents and teachers attending the Take Flight Youth Programme.
Gates open to ticketholders to view the airshow practice day at 12pm.
